 I have been an extension artist and licensed cosmetologist since 1988. Since then, I have acquired advanced education from Redken, TIGI, Bio-Ionic and Aveda, where I continued my training to become an educator with Aveda after attending the Horst Institute in Minnesota. As travel plans were in my future, I relocated to Wisconsin to finish an apprenticeship with an Aveda Concept salon. While also pursuing a role in a movie, I relocated to California where I worked as a make-up artist/stylist for Universal Studios. I was then introduced to TIGI in Phoenix where I relocated and enrolled in the Ambassador program. I became at this time a certified teacher of cosmetology. Now home-based in Arizona, I am licensed for mobile hair-on-the-go.
I am certified in all applications of hair extensions including: New Dimension Hair Extensions, Hair Locs, Eurolocs, Mega Snuggies, Tape, Great Lengths, Monkey Bars and Fusion methods. I am currently an educator for the western region of the US for the New Dimension Hair Extensions system. I can be seen demonstrating the latest techniques at upcoming trades show around the country.
I have been in the film/modeling industry as well, since 1994, giving me opportunities of national and international travel. I am a product of my own environment. I have fine thin hair and being in the business, I have successfully worn every method of extensions, enabling me to grow my own hair out and give me the self confidence to participate in various modeling/acting and print work with longer, thicker, fuller hair.
I also do modelling, acting and print work.
